Job Title: Network engineer
Technical Requirements:
- Cisco certification (at least CCNA, one or more CCNP certification will be an advantage)
- Windows domain administration including Active Directory, DNS, WINS
- Windows Email server administration
- PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Web server, Html and PHP knowledge will be an advantage
Job description:
- CISCO: Configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for existing networks, provide connectivity solutions for the new clients, restrict access to certain resources using access lists, configure routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, etc), configuration and routing for the multicast traffic, static routes configuration, NAT and PAT configuration, redundancy configuration using static routes or routing protocols, VLAN configuration, Layer 2 switching.
- Windows domain administration: create a domain, configuring Active Directory, add or remove user accounts on the domain, add or remove a workstation from a domain, windows 2003 server configuration and maintenance, configuring DNS and WINS, add or remove permissions for user accounts.
- Windows Email server administration: email server installation and configuration, add or remove accounts, email server troubleshooting and maintenance including anti-spam solution.
- PC hardware and software troubleshooting: PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, Microsoft Windows installation and configuration, add workstations to domain, network configuration, configuring email client, backup and restore existing data, configuring network printer, troubleshoot network connectivity.
